Erika Estes, BDR founded Teens in Crisis nonprofit 501c3 in 2004. Her mission is to educate teens on how to mediate conflicts that arise during school. Her vision has been educating and facilitating groups both youth and adults on how to engage and communicate conflicts with peaceful resolutions. As an educator she has dedicate her self to not leaving a student behind academically. Through her tutoring services she and her team is during just that. Through assess, assisting each child with their learning disabilities your child will achieve the skills needed to help the obtain and sustain what they learn. In addition, she is trained conflict resolution, an educator and role-model she is a catalyst when creating educational tools. Erika Estes has a Bachelors in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of North Texas where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and at the top 15% of her class.
