Building a Resolution
I help people change the way they understand and resolve conflict in their lives. TIC provides the skills and tools to help individuals resolve conflicts through training and education.
TIC training and education uses various models which focus on both individuals' interpersonal and intrapersonal conflict.
Identifying common causes for conflict and developing tools to help navigate through conflict when it arrives in daily life will help create non-violence responses, help each person's mental well-being, and empower a whole community "One Person at a Time."
